Industrial Ethernet switch

An L2/L3 platform on a Microchip VSC7558 SparX-5-200 switching fabric: 48 copper ports, 4× SFP28 uplinks and an onboard management core. Built from architecture and schematic through a 10-layer board, bring-up, testing and a production package — four weeks from concept to a batch-ready device.

  • Switch fabricVSC7558 SparX-5-200, 200 Gbps
  • Ports48× RJ45 + 4× SFP28 (25G)
  • PCB10-layer, KiCad, controlled impedance

GLASSES — smart-glasses board

A ~58×15 mm electronic module built to fit inside a glasses temple: ESP32-P4 application processor, a separate ESP32-C6 radio module, a camera interface, a Class D audio path with digital mic, dual independent storage, an external-display connector and a full Li-Ion charge and power system.

  • ProcessorESP32-P4 (QFN-104)
  • RadioESP32-C6-MINI, Wi-Fi + BLE + 802.15.4
  • Size≈58 × 15 mm

Power electronics

6 kW power factor corrector

A 6 kW power factor correction stage that shapes the mains current into a sine wave in phase with voltage, cutting the reactive and harmonic load on the supply and delivering stable input power to downstream equipment. Scope covered topology selection, power-stage and driver schematics, the control loop, PCB and thermal design.

  • Power6 kW
  • FunctionPFC + charge stage
  • ScopeTopology → schematic → PCB → thermal

Compute module

SOM-3566-LGA-RU

A Rockchip RK3566 compute-on-module in an LGA package — processor, RAM and boot memory on a 45×45 mm footprint, mounted directly onto the host board with no connector in between. A ready engineering foundation for HMIs, industrial controllers, IoT gateways and serial production, with Linux and Android BSPs.
